Support

Quickfire is run by a solo developer. A dedicated support contact is being set up and will be published here soon. Check back shortly if you need help with your account, want your data deleted, or have an idea that would make practice better.

Terms of use

Quickfire is a free tool for practising quick mental maths. It is provided as is, without any warranty. Scores and statistics are for your own practice and carry no guarantee of accuracy or fitness for any purpose, including interview preparation outcomes.

Use the service fairly. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users, flood the service with automated requests, or interfere with its operation. Accounts used for abuse may be removed. The service may change or be discontinued at any time.

You keep ownership of the practice data you create. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time through the support address above.

Privacy

What we collect. When you create an account we store your email address and the username you choose. While you practise signed in, we store your results: the questions you were shown, the answers you gave, whether they were correct, how long each answer took, session summaries, and any custom tests you save.

Why we collect it. Your results power your own history and progress dashboard and let your practice follow you across devices. We also use results data to improve the service, for example to understand which question types people find hardest, to tune difficulty, and to fix problems.

Where it lives. Data is stored with Supabase, a managed database provider, and the site is served by Vercel. Access to your rows is enforced inside the database itself, so only your signed in account can read or write your data. We never sell your data and we do not share it with anyone beyond these hosting providers.

Cookies and local storage. The site keeps a session token in your browser storage so you stay signed in. There are no advertising trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless page view counter from our hosting provider, to see how the site is used; it does not use cookies and does not follow you across other sites.

Leaderboard. If you set a username, it appears next to your best daily scores on the public leaderboard. You can hide yourself from the leaderboard at any time with the switch in your account screen. Without a username your scores show as Anonymous.

Using the app without an account. Playing signed out is fully supported and nothing is collected or stored at all: your results exist only on your screen during the session.

Deletion. Contact support through the address above once it is published and your account and all associated data will be removed.
